New Planet Hollywood Observatory Menu Details

Things have been quiet on the Planet Hollywood front lately as we are eagerly anticipating the opening date.  Back in November we were able to get an in depth look at some of the new food offerings, and now we have even more new Planet Hollywood Observatory menu details for you to check out.

Here’s what we have so far:

Bacon Mac n Cheese Burger:

Guy Fieri has been brought in to add some of his own signature Big Bite Burgers and Knuckle Sandwiches.  The Mac n Cheese burger is on the top of my list to try.  Imagine a big, juicy burger, topped with Bacon, Cheese, Fieri’s signature Donkey Sauce, not to mention Mac n Cheese spilling out the sides….sign me up!

Spinach & Berries Salad:

Featuring Candied Walnuts, Blue Cheese Crumbles and Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Beverages:

Of course the beverage menu will be based on Florida craft beers and hand-crafted cocktails, all made with fresh ingredients. And if your looking for those souvenir serving glasses, don’t worry, they’re back, including the Halley’s Comet cocktail served in a 45-ounce Planet-bowl.

Desserts:

Of course no meal would be complete without the desserts, and Planet Hollywood delivers big-time in that department!  It looks like one of its signature items will be the over-the-top Milkshakes, which are overflowing with Chocolate, Candy pieces, etc.  They are made from Planet Hollywood Observatory’s own 12 flavors of House-made Ice Cream and Sorbets.  Then there’s the Planet Melt Down, which sounds absolutely fantastic.  It’s a chocolate hardshell dome that gets melted down right at your table with Chocolate Sauce, which then reveals a Double Chocolate Fudge cake, fresh Strawberries and Whipped Cream.  Definitely gonna try that!

We’re still waiting for the opening date which should be right around the corner.  As soon as I find out, I’ll let you know!
