(UPDATE 8/12/18 – Opening Date Added) I never get tired of trying new food options at Disney Springs and today we Disney announced another one is coming our way! Later this month on August 21st, the 4R Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck is coming to the Disney Spring Marketplace. This unique food truck comes from 4 Rivers and its menu is inspired by the wonderful food culture of Mexico City.
The 4R Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck is going to have all fresh meats like pulled pork and brisket served in Taco Cones, Burrito Bowls and other barbacoa options. And vegetarians don’t have to worry, options like the Squash Blossom Burrito are there for you! And my mouth is already watering for the yummy Dulce de Leche Churro Balls!!!
