Disney Springs’ newest restaurant is now open for business, and Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel and Bar Menu looks absolutely great! Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel and Bar is an Italian Restaurant run by the Patina Group and is part of the complex of The Edison, Maria and Enzo’s and Pizza Ponte.
There are 3 menus, Lunch, Dinner and Dessert. Looking at the Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel and Bar Menu I noticed a lot of authentic Italian dishes that I often enjoy in Italy, and not imitation Italian American dishes. Some of the better ones look like: Saltimbocca, Amatriciana, Cacio e Pepe and Branzino.
Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel and Bar is located inside old rum-runner tunnels that were used during the days of prohibition. It’s a “speak-easy” and has a Roman appertivo cocktail bar and be a great environment for any part of the day! Get down to Disney Springs and check it out!
